Diva cup no longer stays in after vag birth

Help! I used my Diva cup for the past 3 years, after a c-section, without any problems. I had a VBAC and have my first ppAF, and it won't stay in! I even turned it inside out to see if that helps, and while it's more comfortable, it still falls right out. (I'm 2 months postpartum.)

If you experienced this, did it ever work again? How long before it went back to normal? Was there a different brand that worked better? Or is it all just a matter of doing kegels?

There are two sizes. If you have the "for younger women who have never given vaginal birth" size, you probably need the larger size now. My old cup would stay in PP, but it leaked a lot more than before, so I got the larger size and the fit is perfect!

Muscle tone probably is an issue too. I had no PPAF for 18 months, so I had a lot more time to get back in shape than you've had! Do those Kegels and consider just using pads for a few cycles.

I have the large size, because they recommend if even if you've had a c-section.

This.

It sounds like you *might* have some pelvic organ prolapse. It's a possibility worth investigating. I first noticed mine when my diaphragm wouldn't stay in. If the prolapse is mild, it's usually a matter of kegels. Mine was moderate and required physical therapy (very beneficial!!) but no surgery.
