I feel so bad...

I ate a WHOLE bag of pixie sticks last night. I don't even like sweets, I bought them for DSD and I curled up on the couch after the kids went to bed and started reading my pregnancy nutrition book, I saw them there and thought yum I think I will have one. So while mindlesly reading I had a couple. I lost count but was engrossed in taking notes from the book so I wasn't paying attention. I reached in the bag about an hour and a half later and they were gone!!! I looked at my pile and burst into tears, My DH just looked at me and said "yeah I was wondering when you were going to stop eating those" What!!! GRR, My stomache hurt so bad and whats worse is I had to go out and buy another bag For DSD becuase they were her treat for the week (she gets one sweet treat a week) she is the only one who really has a sweet tooth and she was very upset to learn they were gone... man I have to be extra healthy now geesh....

I know how you feel, I ate more than my share of potato chips with lunch today and topped it off with more than my share of rice crispy treats I made for dd! But, today has been the first day in about 4 days that I have not been nauseated all freaking day, so my guilt isn't too bad. Just aim for a super healthy week!

sorry your feeling down on yourself. Just don't eat a whole bag of pixie sticks again, and you wont have to worry about it! Save up your guilt for the really big stuff. Like a third trimester whole cake eating day....

much love

Yeah, I wouldn't feel bad. But I do feel your pain. DD ate all the Halloween candy that doesn't have corn syrup (I'm allergic) as a defensive maneuver, I think.
