I got a Namaste Gluten Free Bread Mix today -- has anyone tried this and more importantly have you gotten it to work with an egg replacer? If so, what did you use as a replacer and how much?
We'd be trying out yeast and arrowroot with this mix... but I'd like to give it a shot.
