We are using condoms until I get my first period, and then I'll use hormonal of some kind until then. ?Unfortunately for me I usually get my period before 6 months and can't rely on EBFing.

I've used NFP combined with condoms for over 10 years with no oops. I can tell when it's safe by CM and what day of the cycle it is. I've never been very good at telling cervical position though. I can count on LAM for 6 months.
