He, he, it's not like
that...it's not like you don't eat anything but those things, no, not at all. It's just that you add more foods in those categories in to your daily meals to help "solidify" things a little.

Yogurt can be especially helpful, and avoiding sugary things at least until things feel better to you.
Staying hydrated, drinking fluids, is the most immediate concern with diarrhea and pregnancy.
