cookbook/website recommendations?

I am pretty new to allergen-free eating, having recently eliminated dairy, soy, corn, wheat, and beans due to my EBF son's food sensitivities. I am looking for good cookbooks or websites with recipes that are, or can be easily adapted to be dairy-, soy-, wheat-, and corn-free.

Garden of Eating by Matesz, it's grain free and dairy free, and I don't think there are any beans either.

The Allergy Self-Help Cookbook.
and as kathy said, wheat or gluten?

If it's just wheat, not gluten, then The Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook is a great choice. I am gluten free and still love it. It has great recipes that are normal foods. Tho, if you are avoiding gluten, it would be good to have a gluten free resource as it's a whole different way of baking.
I like karina's kitchen www.glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com, and ask Kathy and JR for their blogs. I'm working on getting a blog up, but it's slow going...good luck!

Thanks for the suggestions. I haven't determined yet if he is sensitive to gluten or just wheat, so for now am avoiding gluten.
