Egg replacer??

Thread Starter
So, we just found out that DS has an egg and chicken allergy. I've been using the energy egg replacer sparingly. Does anyone know if it has any corn derivitives in it?? We are avoiding corn because we suspect it's a problem for him and don't want to screw this up!!

What else do you use as an egg replacer?

Thanks!

1 Tbs. milled/ground flax + 3 Tbs. hot water. Let sit for 10 minutes or microwave on high 1 minute. Get's goo-like. It depends what you're using it in though. We don't use the egg replacer, but I think it's because there's potato in it. Can't remember what else is in it. Corn hides everywhere. Citric acid, dextrose, maltodextrin, etc. It's in baking powder and iodized salt. You know all those?
