I take a general (food grade) pre-natal, probiotics, fish oil and calcium. I am planning on getting pregnant within the year, so I am staying on all of the above. DD is 17 months old.

I used to take fish oil, but not so much anymore. I'm not big on vitamins - I'd rather get my nutrients the old fashioned way, from food!

I take prenatals, D2, and a calcium/magnesium. I only took prenatals while pregnant though. I feel like I just want to cover any and all possible gaps since I'm a very picky vegan.

I take Floradix Iron and Herbs, a vegan DHA capsule, and a multivitamin.

I will stop taking them after my daughter weans but she still nurses a lot at 12 months and I was started to feel sluggish from lack of sleep.

I take Vitamin D3 drops and folic acid daily, and SA powder and cod liver oil when I feel myself fighting off an illness. The rest of my vitamins I try to get from food.

I take prenatals and fish oil because my diet is pretty good, but not perfectly well rounded and I'm making sure my bases are covered. It's worth it to me. I started taking them before I started trying to conceive my first and I kept them up while nursing and now I'm preggo again so I don't see an end in sight.
