I'm taking over this thread from Sihaya, forgive me if it takes me a bit to get into the swing. I'll take over posting two threads a week. The last spotlight threads will be posted the week of May 24, 2010 since we'll be a little preoccupied with our beautiful babies after that

It looks like we still have spots for 14 more. If there's a specific week (I chose after tax season since I work for H&R Block) please let me know.

If you're not familiar with the Spotlight or Mama of the Week threads, it's a place where each mama who signs up gets her own thread for an entire week and the rest of us ask her questions about herself, her family, her pregnancy - anything goes! (Mamas are free to decline to answer any questions that make them uncomfortable, of course.) It's a great way for us to get to know each other better

Spotlight threads are great for getting more comfortable posting. I joined MDC when I got pregnant with my youngest dd. I'm not one of those "post everything that's going on with me" people, but the spotlight thread was a fun way to get to talk about me and my pregnancy. And it was great to get to know everyone better.

Got you added, Katie. I considered going for my bday week (April 5) but I work for H&R Block and doing a spotlight during a busy time didn't seem like a good idea.
