Books on nut allergy?

Can anyone recommend any books on nut allergies. Dd doesn't have peanut allergy but does have allergy to cashew and pistachio. We have looked in the lib., Amazon and generally online but, can't seem to find anything except one book 'How to live with a nut allergy' (we had borrowed it from our local lib. a couple of yrs ago) which focussed mostly on peanut allergy.
