depressed everyday more and more

everyday i wake up with out this baby i am getting more and more depressed my body hurts to fing much to do anything i sat in the bathroom and cryed to myself for an hr today

Jen, hang in there! I was so impatient and ready to be done weeks 38-due date but now, have calmed down a bit. When they sent me home last Thurs saying it's not labor I was so upset. But you know, you'll have that baby in your arms in no time at all (I have to tell myself this all the time!) They can't cook forever!

Hang in there, mama. Can you go for a massage or something else *just for you*? At the end, I was living for my weekly acupuncture appointments because she would rub my shoulders and feet with warm oil after the treatment. Worth. every. penny.

I'm right there with you, only I'm on a countdown clock to a RCS on 11/20 if this baby doesn't come on her own (because I'm a VBAC.) I was due 11/7, have had lots of Braxton-Hicks but only 1 real ctx, and have made no appreciable cervical progress. I have an appointment next week for acupuncture with magnets and electric stim, and I'm trying to decide if I'm desperate enough to chug the castor oil I just bought. I assure you that I will be on Saturday when I turn 41 weeks.

Sorry to hijack, but I just wanted to let you know that I totally understand your desperation. I'd do just about anything to get her out at this point.

ACUPUNCTURE works really well !

I was feeling that same way the last few weeks and worse after my due date came and went. It's hard when there's all these birth announcements.

Do something just for you, get a pedicure, and take deep breaths. You'll have that baby soon!
