Wrap "kit"

An online fabric store I window-shop at has precut fabric for making wraps like the moby wrap. It's available in either bamboo french terry or bamboo jersey (and one bamboo jersey silk-weight). The cut is 5 yards by 20-21 inches.
The idea is that you buy the fabric pre-cut and finish the cut edges yourself.
Is this a suitable fabric for a stretchy wrap and is that the right size to get for a short but well-endowed woman?
TIA!

Sounds good to me... do you have a link?

Sorry - I can't seem to make this a clickable link, for some reason.

I wasn't sure if the fabric would be substantial enough to hold the baby without stretching too much. Jersey is pretty stretchy.
But then again, I've never used a Moby or other commercial stretchy wrap to compare to!

You wouldn't even need to hem/finish these if you didn't want to or if you don't sew. Stretchy knit fabrics like this don't really fray, the edges just kind of roll slightly.

Most people think stretchy wraps are good until baby is about 15-18 lbs. They shouldn't stretch too much (sag) with a smaller baby.

Also, if you don't want to pay for shipping you could just go to the fabric store and purchase 5 yards of knit cotton (bamboo, hemp) fabric and follow these instuctions:

Thanks so much!
I do sew, and I am very tempted not to finish the edges, except as a decorative touch (though without a serger I probably won't bother).
I had originally thought of buying from the "bargain bin" at the fabric store, but you can never be sure exactly what fibres you are getting there. The price doesn't look too bad, and I'll be combining this with a business order, so the extra shipping isn't too bad (and it's a fairly local store, so I might even just drive over to collect it!).
I just was nervous that the bamboo jersey would be too thin to would have too much "give" and having never used a wrap I wouldn't be able to assess that myself. All the instructions I've come across have said to use double-knit or interlock.
Off to look at the link you posted!
