I got those sharp twinges a couple of times when I moved or strained suddenly. They really suck! And I had horrible cramps after DTD a week or so ago and because of a small subchorionic hematoma bleed I've been put on "pelvic rest" and told to try to take it a little easier. Since the hematoma bled partly out, I've been having fewer and less painful cramps and taking it easy definitely helps that. But the "pelvic rest" part is getting annoying.

My doc said that it's really common for women to have left over blood or small clots in the uterus from implantation and that often causes some cramps in addition to the uterus stretching and the babe digging deeper into the lining in the beginning. I try not to worry about the cramping.
