We've just moved to a house where the previous owners had 2 dogs and found what I think is one of those doggy loos in the garden (I admit I haven't investigated in detail what state it is in)
So since we don't have dogs this is not something we want. I guess we have to wait until the current waste has composted before we remove it. Does anyone know how long that will take? Is there anything we need to be doing to it in the mean time?
Secondly how safe are these for the surrounding soil. I know you are not supposed to put pet waste in the compose heap, is this any different? I guess I shouldn't use this as a veggie bed.
