Pine nut substitute?

Anyone know of a nut-free pine nut substitute? My bf'ing baby can't tolerate nuts.

Pine nuts are not nuts. They are seeds.

Pine nuts are a good substitute for nuts in many recipes. As are sunflower seeds and pepitas.
