where do i go from here?

i still plan to post here and everything while the nov. ddc is still up, but where i start posting now that i am post partum? i have a questions but not sure where exactly to go from here; if i post the questions here or if there is somewhere specific for this stuff.

also, where do we go once the ddc comes down?

I think most threads pertaining to baby in general will get moved to the main parenting-infants forum, diapering to there, BF to the BF forum and so on...

Plus lots of ddc's either make a "nov 09 ddc" thread in the infants forum, and then in the toddler section. Or they make a group somewhere off the mothering site. (ie yahoo group)

for now you can ask general baby questions on the infants forum, or here until it is shut down in a couple of months.

General questions that you would like help from a wider audience can mostly be posted in "life with a Babe".

And considering that I still post to the Sept 04 threads (we've only had one thread going all year, but we've had regular threads for almost 6 years now), there's no need to worry about losing touch with everyone.

Someone just needs to start a "Nov 09 chat" thread over at Life with a Babe.

My only request, if we have our own spin-off board is that it's NOT on Yahoo Groups. I hate that format and can't ever follow it properly!! Proboards/ezboards/etc. would be so much better!

Ditto to the "no yahoo groups" part. I don't have any experience with the other boards. I have used google groups with success, though.

What an odd concept - going anywhere but HERE most of the time - I'm glad you posted this, I had no idea where we all went after all is said and done either, lol.

I also have a hard time with yahoo groups I would love to keep our group going I have found so much support with all you ladies we need a group

Has anybody else been getting a ton of spam through this group list? I just unsubscribed because I kept getting spam.
