nursing tank that's not a shelf bra?

I'm looking for nursing tanks, but they're all just like shelf bras with a thin layer of cotton- I've found no way that I can wear them, out of the house at least, without a nursing bra too- and that creates too many clips and flaps to deal with. Maybe it's just me, but shelf bras create a horrible horrible pancake uniboob effect and nipples always show through.
Any nursing tanks that provide support and shape like a regular nursing bra???

Although i also refuse to pay $100 for one, so maybe if you look in a higher price range??
Do you have a seamstress? I bet she could make you one, from a regular bra and a regular tank...like a hybrid

They don't show a nursing tank, but I'm sure they can make one - they make each bra individually, they are awesome!
