I think my milk is about gone

How do I know for sure? Dc nurse 2x a day. Sometimes it is obvious they are not drinking, just suckling. Boobs have shrunk in size and there is no change throughout the day in size or feeling of fullness (as in they never feel full). I never feel let down. My nipples are not wet after feeding and I don't see milk on dc's faces. How do I know? I was really hoping to at least nurse through this flu season.

No. I've tried a few times and haven't got anything. Ds fussed at the breast last night and has been asking for nee nee all. the. time. the past week or so. Of course, he's also been clingy and really letting his toddler colors shine. DD refused it this evening and the past several weeks has done more and more of just holding nipple in her mouth and not doing anything.

If you want to keep nursing, you could try some things to increase your supply (whatever is left)...
