Has anyone done this. I was almost out of milk this morning and used about a half a cup of milk and 1/2 - 1 cup of fresh cream for my smoothie. It was really good, it reminded me of eggnog. In fact I would call it an eggnog smoothie.

Anyway, has anyone made smoothies from cream that has been previously frozen. I wonder about the consistency or if it would turn into butter right away.
