lso, just called Spry as DD uses Spry Infant Tooth Gel. Corn.
Anyone know what I can use for baby who is off of corn, soy, gluten, dairy, eggs, nightshade and peas?

Just found out my 7yr old has 8 cavities. Am going to try a protocol someone has in the dental forum:

Would like to prevent my baby from going down the same path.

Thanks,

DS uses Xyliwhite. It does not have Flouride in it. It does have Carageenan (which is why DD2 uses something else). He can't do most of those (though he can have peppers, eggplant, and tomato, but no, they're not in the toothpaste). And he doesn't have any cavities so the Xyliwhite must be working. DD2, who uses Colgate Kids, has had 2 cavities.

Oh, crud. When I got this toothpaste for DS, he was still having corn. I hadn't checked it afterwards. I just went on the Now Foods website and checked. Their xylitol is made out of corn husks... I guess I'm looking for a new toothpaste...

We just use pascalite clay.

Kathy, that toothpaste looks like it could do the trick. Have you tried it yet?

Thanks,

I haven't yet. He's still using the Xyliwhite Toothpaste (we have 2 tubes, and he hasn't reacted to it... yet). But when they're gone, I'm going to switch to that one.

Zinc, clove and myrrh in that toothpaste? Sorry, sounds like it will taste bleck...

(Can you tell I'm procrastinating and waiting for a business conference call to start!)
