Now if honey is naturally antibacterial
And My kefir is full of bacteria...
Mixing them into smoothies not a good idea??

It shouldn't be an issue if you are immediately drinking the smoothie. The antibacterial properties need time to attack the kefir bacteria. If you make your smoothie in advance, I'd leave out the honey until right before you drink it.
