tahini recommendations

What kind/brand of tahini do you use? I'd like to try making my own hummus, but am having trouble finding the type of tahini I have in mind. I want raw, organic if possible. I'd bought the Arrowhead Mills organic several months ago, but didn't realize until I got home that the label said it may contain 0.5% peanuts, cashews, and almonds; I never ended up using it because my daughter has a nut allergy to peanuts and cashews (as well as pecans, walnuts, and pistachios). So, anyone know of an allergy-safe, raw and organic tahini to recommend? Thanks!

The Arrowhead Mills one had a bitter aftertaste to me as well. I like the Rejuventative Foods one. I get it in the refrigerated section at my HFS but you can order through them direct if they don't carry it. It is expensive (like $20/jar) as are all their nut butter but they are pretty much the highest quality raw ones you can get. And a jar lasts me a few months making hummus weekly so it's worth it. Oh yeah, and their facility is peanut-free (though not cashew free).
