What are your natural remedies/routines?

Do you know the reasons? (medical check up etc)
Did you check on your diet? Sometimes it helps to stop eating certain foods (meat)

It could be due to backed up detox pathways and accumulated toxins, so they come out of the lungs. You might need to do some internal cleansing. I used to have a backed up, sluggish liver for which my symptom was chronic acne, but after doing colon cleansing, parasite cleansing and a series of liver/gallbladder flushes, my acne and oily skin vanished 100%. Free-range, organic, naturally raised meat doesn't cause bad breath. Check in with the Traditional Foods forum on MDC and a lot of people will vouch for that.

I would suggest probiotic foods. I was able to stop wearing deodorant from eating fermented foods daily. You just don't smell. I eat raw garlic daily for breakfast with my eggs. My breath does not smell and no garlic body odour either.

I have found that zinc fights bad breath. Raw shelled pumpkin seeds have lots of zinc.
