I love when he says "zee-za"!!! And now, when he's finished nursing, he tries to close the clasp on my nursing tank.

My nursling turned 18 months the day before yesterday.

She doesn't have a word for it yet, but likes to play "peekaboo" by hiding my nipple using my shirt or nursing bra. then she holds her hands up like "where could it be?" and then pulls back the shirt, with the cutest expression of mock surprise on her face and lunges in to have a little taste. It's ADORABLE.

my daughter is 19 months and has always panted when she wants to nurse, which is hilarious! when she does it around people who don't know us, they are always asking "what is she doing??" and then i say "oh she wants to nurse."

anyway, she is talking more and more and a few weeks ago started to say "neigh" while panting...i realized the other day that she hasn't panted in over a week and now just says "neigh" when she wants to nurse. it's one of those bittersweet moments...cute that she has a word for it, but sad that one of her "baby" things is gone.

That's so cute!!!

DS is only 14 months (almost) but he sometimes will smile and smack his lips when it's time for "milkies"

He has a little monkey stuffed animal that he shares his zee-za with. He nurses a little, then puts the monkey on my breasts, and makes a noise with his mouth like the monkey is nursing. When he decides the monkey has had enough, he starts nursing again.

DS is nearly 19 months and still wants to nurse all the time. Now, he'll say 'drink milk' and sometimes says 'open' when he wants my breast exposed so that he can nurse.

So cute! Ah, someone just woke up asking for nueys.... must go!!!

I'm back.... I was going to say that I have nursed Pablo and Tyrone of the Backyardigans a time or two! Is this a great age or what?

Ds is nearly 15 months and doesn't talk yet, but he toddles over to me and pulls up my shirt
When he nurses he likes to take breaks to look at me and smile. Soooo cute.
He also started nursing acrobatics, he moves and shifts and tries all sorts of crazy nursing positions...
Recently we got a second kitty and he sat down on DS's lap while nursing and Ds nursed and petted his kitten, it was hilariously cute.
