Blister/bleb? Have it lanced?

It doesn't sound like a milk blister to me. When I had a milk bleb, it was definitely white. Have you tried putting a hot compress on it for 10 minutes and then having the baby nurse right afterwards?

When I first started nursing, I did get a blood blister type thing on my nipple because I didn't get the latch right. It could be something like that if you're new to nursing.
