I.Can't.Stand.Dora.
She really grates me. I feel like she talks down to the kids. I don't know. Diego is better, but just the boy Dora, IMO. I don't let DS watch her. Sometimes Diego in a pinch. He only knows Dora from the ads on Noggin.
DH makes fun of me b/c I will occasionally let DS watch Kai Lan, which he says is just the Chinese Dora. Which I guess is true, but at least it's less annoying. And I find it's like Mommy Morphine.
We usually watch it when he's being uncooperative about his nap and I trick him into bed. I always always fall asleep during the show, wake up to turn it off and wait for him to fall asleep.
