Does anyone know how many IU's of D and A are in the capsules or how many I should be taking?
The bottle just says two capsules are 95% of your daily intake.
I'm nursing a five month old so I want to make sure to get an optimal dose.

Dr. Ron's site says one capsule provides 2,500 IU of vitamin A and 250 IU of vitamin D, but I think it varies some based on the batch.
