Cloth diapers and day care centers (VA)?

My DSs are 4 months and 2.5. I have pretty much made the decision to switch to cloth diapers, but I will unfortunately be going back to work in January and want to continue to use the cloth at day care. So my question is twofold: (1) Any VA mamas out there know whether there are regs prohibiting cloth at day cares? My research so far suggests that they are prohibited in the absence of a doctor's note, but have not found anything definitive on a state website verifying that [I will get the doctor's note if I have to rather than continue disposables, at least for my younger son]; (2) Any tips on how to approach them about it that have worked for others in the past? You and I know that cloth diapers will not be more work for the day care, but beyond bringing the diapers in to show them how easy they are and providing wetbags/plastic bags, any other dos/don'ts for having "the talk"?
