Drying kiwis?

Anyone tried it? Does it work? My dehydrator will be running overtime this week trying to get through all the produce, figured I could do the kiwis too if it'll work...

I've never done it, but it sounds yummy! I looked it up in the Dehydrator Bible and they recommend peeling, slicing ¼" thick, dipping in lemon/ascorbic acid (to prevent browning), and drying on a mesh insert.

So I gave it a try... yummy. They're fairly tart, which is nice.
