At the risk of sounding goofy - how do you feel about colors?

During both this pregnancy & our first, I've noticed that I'm attracted to things (bags, clothes, shoes) with bright colors (pink, red, lime, purple). Though I don't normally hate those colors, it isn't normal for me to look at a bright lime green/purple bag & think, "I want that". Um, has anyone else experienced something like this?

Yup. I've been transforming from a blues/greens person to a dark pinks and oranges. And I hate orange.
Most of baby's wardrobe is red.

I wish I had found more brightly colored things for the baby. Everything seems to be pastel but I love vivid colors. I also find the amount of animals on things to be off-putting, especially when it is something like a puppy and a giraffe on the same outfit--not the same category of animal in my mind, and a weird combination.
