kindergarten snacks

Anybody have suggestions for snacks that are healthy and low on waste? My daughter's class takes turns bringing a snack. The only stipulation is that they must be individually packaged (either from the manufacturer or at home). So last time I sent individually wrapped cheese sticks and snack bags of Cheez-its (that she picked out). Today I got the Keebler cracker sticks and snack-size ziploc bags. I hated using the bags, but kind of have to. Oh, there's also no refrigeration, so that limits some things, too. I might do carrot sticks and raisins next time. Any other ideas?

Would bananas work? They're pretty much individually packaged by nature (I feel liek such a dork saying that lol).

Bananas would be a great idea! And I feel like a dork for not thinking of that
