What to do with whey?

I have about 3+ cups of whey left over from making paneer... I have no idea what to do with the rest apart from drinking it (we drank some already, yum!). Suggestions?

There's got to be a million suggestions here somewhere, but what I've done with whey are make rice/quinoa with it, do ferments, soak grains and beans, and add to home made bread.
