I know people have looked for these before and asked so

I was really stoked about this and people were staring at me and everything in TRU lol and so I bought it for my dd for christmas because she wanted a doll that went potty... its affordable too its pretty much completely anatomically correct down there, uncirc'd and has a lil pee hole LOL. I bought this doll at our last trip to our BRU! And I definitely checked down there to make sure he was intact! DH was trying to act a little bit embarrassed that I was checking, but I definitely was not going to buy a circ'd doll!

Did you know they have a girl version of this doll? I was just curious since you bought the boy one? I got the last boy on the shelf, and the rest were girls!

i looked at him too to check lol haha!
there were a ton of the girls left too, i was considering getting her that one as well she is obsessed with the ones that go potty lol.

I was thinking about this and if they made the doll circed it would probably be considered too graphic. But a covered dilly, thats ok you can't see the head. Now if people would apply the same logic to a REAL baby!

ETA: They said it will take 3-5 days to be approved. My preview headline mentioned that he was intact, as well as my product description. On the "pros," I typed in that the doll was intact....hope to see the review up in the next few days!

Also, the doll is uncircumcised, which could be used for an interesting discussion of culture and representations of the body–if the doll had been manufactured in the U.S., it almost certainly would have been circumcised, and that’s the image of what penises look like that the kids playing with it would get. I find that more interesting than the gendered element of the ad–the way that the male body is being depicted, how that might be different depending on where the doll was manufactured, and how that reflects cultural norms about circumcision and what a “normal” penis looks like.

They use that horrible 'uncircumcised' weasel word.

That word has possibly contributed more to circumcision than any other single word.
