how to aviod thrush..

i need to take some clindamycin for a BV infection. i usually get yeast infections. i dont want me or baby to get thrush. anybody know anything? will it increase the chance of me getting it? should i just eat yogurt while taking the meds? will baby get thrush?

i have heard way too many stories about how hard it is to get rid of, i would like to not start. thanks.

i'm prone to yeast infections, too. yogurt is good, but even better is kefir. and some yogurts have many types of bacteria, some just a few- more is better. there are also pro-biotic pills and drops you can take.
