Cloth on vacation?

Am I crazy for considering it? Would it be too much to take along? Baby is 9 mos old and we use a combo of pockets and fitteds and pul/wool. We'll be staying with my mom, so will have access to a washer/dryer except for 2 days when we'll be at a hotel for a wedding. I'm thinking it might be hard to take enough for those 2 days and still have some for that 3rd day while I'm washing-too many dipes to pack. Thoughts? Experiences?

TIA!

If you have a bag for them, I would go for it. All stuffed the pockets will fit into a large backpack or small duffle bag. Take a small ziplock bag of detergent and a large wet bag and you should be set. I don't find it to be too much of a hassle, especially since you are staying with your parents for most of the trip. GL!

I would go for it. Maybe not if you're flying, though. Make sure to pack your own detergent!

I nearly always travel with my cloth and have never regretted it. IME nearly all hotels now have guest laundry rooms, and even easier at your mom's!
