I'm looking for a good toaster oven to reheat food. I'd prefer one that is NOT non-stick. Any recommendations?

I have a cheapish, but decently large toaster oven. It's this euro pro one.
It doesn't make good toast.
But, it does good for reheating. I have a pyrex dish that I often use in it.
I also cook with a Le Creuset french oven that fits well in there.
And, of course, the tray that it came with (though that is non stick) and some small metal pie plates that I use for small amounts.
I use the toaster a lot during the summer, to keep my kitchen cool. It really helps, as it is much less heat than the big oven. I actually took my favorite Le Creuset with me to the store when I picked out the oven to find one that would allow it to fit easily. For me, cooking was a more important feature than toasting, so I didn't worry about that aspect as much.

Yup. I have a Cuisinart convection/toaster oven. I think I spent $200 CDN. It's almost paid for itself in electricity costs in about 2 years. I bought it because it got the best reviews for heat retention and even cooking. I use it every day. I don't just reheat food, though. I use it as a second oven when the big oven is full. It can fit 2 smallish bread pans when I want to bake a small, or extra batch of bread. I can bake a pie in it. It bakes and crisps potatoes to perfection. I toast nuts and seeds in it and they don't burn. And on and on. Oh yeah and it toasts bread.
There's usually just the 3 of us, so I can go days without turning on the big oven and I cook and bake A LOT.

Even though ours is old and nothing special, we
it! It is a Black & Decker under-the-cabinet style from the mid or late 90s. They don't make it anymore. It toasts well and it cooks/bakes like PPs have discussed, but ours is smaller than what theirs sound like. I do a lot in it because I am often preparing food for just me now that DD is in school and DH is at work. DH cooks more family meals than I do.

I have a model that isn't very special either and love it. I grew up in a household with a toaster oven (no toaster), so to me it's just a, "normal" part of a kitchen. We use ours pretty regularly. The only thing I hate is that it takes up a lot of counter space and looks like an eyesore.

i just got a Breville SmartOven about a month ago. I really like it. I've used it for toast, reheating food, baking bread, roasting veggies.... It's done a good job with everything I've used it for. I got it because we live in an apartment without an oven. It may be overkill if you have a regular oven.
