Pertussis numbers

I'm having trouble here-where can I go to see reports of outbreaks and if the person was vaxed or not? I'm still compiling my links from switching computers.
If you look at the Pertussis numbers on this chart-they just go up each year. I was wondering how many of those cases are vaxed?

I don't think you can find out what % of reporetd cases occurred in vaxed individuals. same with the MMWR. It just reports # os cases.
