I want to buy more oil at once and found a gallon on moutian rose hebs, for a great price. It's virgin but not extra virgin I'm using extra virgin right now what's the difference?

I read there is no difference, except that "extra virgin" is a marketing term borrowed from the olive oil industry. The things to look for are unrefined and organic and virgin and perhaps something I am missing, but the key is taste!

I haven't had the one from Mountain Rose Herbs. From what I have read, Nutiva is the brand everyone raves about. I've only had the Nature's Way Efagold and it tastes good to me. There is another thread about coconut oil somewhere in this forum or Traditional Foods or Health & Healing.
