Prepared for Dyeing fabric???

I ordered some organic cotton knit online and now I'm not sure if this is what I actually want. I wanted some organic unbleached cotton knit. Looking at the ordering page, I see that what I bought was PFD. Does that mean it's been chlorine bleached? What else does the PFD process entail?

That usually means there aren't any starches or sizing applied to the fabric, chemicals that might interfere with the dyeing. Most of my fabrics are supposedly PFD, but I usually prewash them anyway.

Oh good. So no crap added. Just what I'm looking for. So I take it since it still has a natural color to it, probably not chlorine bleached either then? Since I'm guessing that would be ridiculous to bleach it and dye it natural colored so that someone else can dye it another color. lol
