I'm going to be contrary and say keep the bottlefeeding at night, if it's just one bottle. This is what we do with our almost 11 week old and it works well since he cluster feeds like crazy. It gives me a break to get a couple of hours of uninterrupted sleep. also, I don't think it hurts my supply since I pump 2 times a day--once at night for the nighttime feeding (while the baby is sleeping) and another for the freezer. One of those is a feeding the baby wouldn't normally get so I think, if anything, it's increasing my supply or at least keeping it adequate. Also, it does help my baby sleep longer in the night.
Growth spurts are a killer. My son's at 5 weeks lasted a whole week. I thought it would never end but eventually it did and he started sleeping for 5 to 6 hours stretches. Hang in there!!
