plus size babywearing mama

Soooo, I'm wondering if there are any plus size (24-26) babywearing mamas out here and if you could recommend a comfortable baby carrier that is not a sling (which I already have) or a wrap (ditto).

I'm looking for something *like* a bjorn but with back and waist support that would fit my size...

Any experience??

I am a size 18, but my Beco fits me with at least a foot to spare as far as waist adjustment. Maybe find a local store that carries them so you can try it on?

I'm about the same size as you & I LOVE my ergo. I had to get the extender for the waist belt but it works great. At the store I got mine from the saleslady didn't think the beco would fit me.

Ergo, or check out Mei Tais. I used to make mei tais and sell them on e-bay and etsy. I got many requests for extra long straps. It’s easy enough to do. Convo with sellers on either of the sites and I’m sure you will find someone to help.
