What do you take?
Some of these i've been coming across the most in my journey from PA-Dutch cooking to raw foodism is: blue green algae, bee pollen, kelp, and aloe vera. So far, i'm using an Amazing Grass Superfood powder. I need to know what i should be spending my money on. The raw authors mention different ones, so i thought i'd see what you thought. Thanks!

but I wanted to mention that kale often makes lists of "superfoods" and it is very affordable and easy to add to all kinds of food. Since it's sold in a big bunch and I have a small family and usually don't want kale as the main dish, we use a few leaves fresh and then chop and freeze the rest in small bags. Then it's a great "convenience food" because it thaws so quickly and is versatile. On my site are instructions for freezing kale and lots of ways to use it.
