Frozen juice concentrate

Does frozen juice concentrate have any nutritional value? I'm talking about the stuff that is theoretically 100% juice after you add the water. Is all the goodness processed and pasteurized out of it? I'm trying to decide if we should switch to refrigerated juice--even there I'd have to pay attention and not get reconstituted juice. And not-from-concentrate juice is spendy! I gave up soda and drink mixes several weeks ago and get tired of water and tea all day, so the juice is important to me. But I'm not going to waste my money on something that's only marginally better than what I gave up. Help! (BTW, there is no way we can afford a juicer anytime soon. I also can't eat a LOT of fresh fruits because of oral allergy syndrome, so juice is a decent option for me.)

a lot of the 100% juice contain a lot of vitamin C and potassium. I think that can be beneficial
