I had a Shark for about a year and it no longer heats up so I need a new steamer.
I know a gal who works in the biz and recommended the Haan steamer, but when I read reviews of it online they don't seem that good.

So what do you all use and could you tell me a bit about how well you like it (or not) - I really need to get one quickly b/c using the traditional mop has made my floors look pretty gross and I'm tired of looking at them!
