boneless chicken thighs

I need to simply season and cook a few pounds to keep on hand for salads and the like. I'm thinking instead of sauteing them as usual I'd like to bake them (so I can make more at once.) Problem is I don't like cooking and have no idea what temp or how long. All the recipes I find are for bone IN thighs. Any ideas? I'd also be open to crock potting them....has anyone ever tried that? I'm not going to be putting a sauce or anything on them....I need them for lunches for the kidlets so the vast majority will be turning into chicken salad.

Thanks!

I would just pop them in the oven at about 350 cook for about 20-30 min I think(I am not an exact cook myself)- it is done when juices run clear. I would probably brush w/ some oil and salt myself, but you might want to do just plain jane.
