Well, I slept through the rest of the sale, but think I'll grab the brunch one. VWAV is a big fave around here too!

Made the choc. chip cookies from the Vegan Cookies book. Best vegan choc. chip cookies I've ever had. They remind me so much of the Toll House cookies that I had for most of my life. I had never made decent vegan choc. chip cookies before!

Okay, so over the weekend I also made the chocolate crinkle cookies and the wedding cookies. Both of them are just off-the-hook. Seriously, they're amazing. I also made the caramel-pecan bars and the magical coconut bars and they are outstanding as well. People at my cookie party couldn't believe all these cookies were vegan!

Consider the chocolate crinkles and the wedding cookies "must-makes."

Will do! The chocolate crinkles were next on my "to make" list.... I might have to give them a try tonight instead of waiting for after Christmas

So I didn't have the flax for the crinkles... and made the Blackstrap Gingersnaps instead... and they are FANTASTIC!!! I need to stop sampling them so I'll have some left for my office holiday party tomorrow!
