moisturizing liquid hand soap?

Any recommendations? Kiss My Face Moisture Soap works well for me, but has parabens and other junk in it. I'd like to find something else! I need something ultra-moisturizing.

I got some foaming soap pumps off of freecycle. I put in a squirt of Dr. Bronner's and fill the rest with water. I wash my hands a LOT, and they don't get dry.

Soap really isn't meant to moisturize. It's meant to cleanse. At best, you want it to not strip your skin but, as it's meant to be a wash off product, it won't really moisturize. How about just using lotion after you wash your hands?
