My DS is turning one in a few days and I'd like to make a non-chocolate cake for his birthday. We aren't vegan or vegetarian but he is sensitive to dairy & eggs so I need a cake recipe without either. We avoid soy as well. A GF vegan cake recipe would be fabulous (as it will be GF since I have problems with gluten) but I am sure I can improvise with any vegan recipe to make it GF.
