question about breastmilk nutrition

My 1 year old has been slow to take solids, although she has been slowly increasing. I have been trying to figure out the nutritional role of breastmilk in the second year, fat content, protein, calories, etc.... anyone have any info on this?

kellymom has a lot of this type of info:

http://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/so...ler-foods.html

Breastmilk is not considered a "complete" food after about 1 year, but it remains the most nutritionally complete food a toddler is likely to eat. If your little one isn't too keen on other foods yet, you might focus on those nutrients that your milk might not supply a complete amount of (like iron, zinc, possibly B vitamins, for example).

Hope that helps!
