Party Food for 3 yo party?

Hello wise mamas,
Does anyone have a recommendation for toddler friendly/appealing food that I can serve with little to no effort at my son's 3rd b-day party? My son's not big on dairy (though he will eat yogurt and recently began eating string cheese and cheese pizza ??) I like the idea of hummus, but I'm not sure how to plan the menu around it particularly for the toddler/kid crowd. It will be a lunchtime party, so I would like to offer more than just snacks. I also considered getting the mini pocket pitas so people could make hummus sandwiches, but I'm stumped as to other fillings. Another FYI, we're not vegetarian, but lean heavily towards veggie meals and have many friends who are veg's. We will have cake for dessert.
Thanks!

We always either make our own or buy fresh fruit and fresh veggie trays--they would go great with hummus or another dip. We just made some spinach dip using fresh spinach and plain yogurt (for the sour cream) and it was wonderful with bread and veggie dippers. One year we served little finger sandwiches at DD's birthday and they were actually a big hit. . .we let the kids put whatever on them--plenty of choices and condiments. Does your DS like salad? I'm thinking greek salad, fruit and veggie trays, hummus, another dip for kids who aren't too into hummus, and maybe the sandwich bar where they could use the hummus again, sliced veggies, maybe some pickles, cream cheese, maybe some tuna salad or some meats for your nonveg friends. . .heck, with a greek theme maybe you could do some individual spanakopita? An olive tray (my kids love olives).
